Anna Tecson, 500 R.Y.T., studied classical Yoga in the Sivananda tradition with advanced certification in therapeutic applications. She provides instruction for all ages, conditions, and levels of experience. Classes consist of yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), deep relaxation (yoga nidra), and meditation (dhyana). To prepare for class, wear comfortable clothing for range of motion; bring a yoga mat (props, if desired); and avoid heavy meals 2-3 hours prior to practice.
CHI KUNG (Chinese Yoga)
This stress-relieving, spirit-calming class explores movements, postures and breathing techniques from various internal arts to lengthen and strengthen muscles while improving balance, core strength, mindfulness and awareness. No gear is required. Loose, comfortable attire is recommended. Alternates weekly between Beginner & Intermediate levels. Taught by Sifu Maiky Tran. 45 minutes.
